Service Description

END/PRE TENANCY CLEAN FULL PACKAGE: Kitchen: • Cupboards inside and out, providing they are empty • Clean the sinks and descale the taps • Clean the worktops and splashbacks Bathrooms: • Clean tiles on the wall and descale the shower head and the taps • Sink, toilet, bath and shower units • Clean all the windows and window seals on the inside of the property only • Clean the skirting boards, light sockets, switches and door handles • Clean all hard floors • Remove any cobwebs • Hoover throughout the property Oven, hob and extractor hood: • We will clean the over, hob and extractor good (If the filters in the extractor hood are disposable, then you would have to remove and replace them). Appliances: • We will clean the fridge and freezer (They must be empty, turned off and defrosted ready for us to clean). • Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc. Carpet cleaning: • We will do a deep clean on the carpets. This is a sanitizer to kill bacteria, deodorizer to make the carpets smell fresh, and a stain remover. Please note, we can never 100% guarantee we will be able to get rid of stains, just because we don’t know what the stains are, how long they have been there and what products have been used on them before. The type of clean we do is an intense deep clean so therefore the strongest clean we can offer. • The carpets normally take 2-4 hours to dry.
